American Labor Group (ALG) is a national labor consulting firm dedicated to representing management companies in union prevention and avoidance matters, as well as active organizing drives. Our shareholders and consultants are comprised of former union members and elected officials, who, after seeing what unions are really all about, have switched sides and focus on helping employers of all sizes remain union free. One of our shareholders is a seasoned labor attorney turned consultant, who routinely applies the knowledge he learned from the practice of law to the consulting matters he handles.

ALG is a unique consulting firm not only due to our breadth of experience, but more so in the way we approach communicating effectively with employees.
